Michelle lives to breath life into a party. She started her career as an event coordinator a decade ago at a private members’ club in New York City. After graduating with a BA in Fashion Marketing & Management from Berkeley University, Michelle went on to hold various roles in the hospitality and fashion industry. Her experience includes wardrobe styling on network TV, coordinating fashion shows and photo shoots at a global fashion company, and gaining superior client service experience in NYC’s exclusive hospitality scene. Each job, and every position has helped hone her talent, fine-tune her eye for design and allowed for a natural progression into her dream industry planning weddings.
Michelle’s capacity for creativity and ability to curate her client’s vision are the key factors that have helped her thrive and evolve from principal planner to owner of Hustle & Bustle Events in 2019.

Lia had always believed she would end up in the medical field but the more events she organized and ran the more she realized it was faith and she found her calling.
After graduating with a Business degree at USC, Lia realized she wanted to continue her passion for creating events and she went on to hold various roles in the corporate environment. She was later introduced and hired on to assist at weddings and other social related events and instantly fell in love.
Although her passion and scope of events has grown, Lia still loves coordinating weddings the most! She thrives in a fast pace environment with the ability to multi-task, pay attention to detail and stay calm and collected while under pressure. Her passion has always been to provide exceptional customer service. She says her favorite part of an event is seeing it come together and the clients enjoying their special day!

I love the exchange of vows and the first dance because the couple radiates so much love and happiness.
A native of Florida, Theresa is fond of beauty, style, and luxury. Trained in fashion design, Theresa stumbled into wedding coordinating after discovering it could be more than just a passive interest. Prior to launching Hustle & Bustle, she gained experience in the fashion and entertainment industries. Her work found her styling celebrities, producing fashion shows, and costume designing, all which helped heighten her ability to forecast trends, and gain an appreciation for color, fabric, texture, and silhouettes. Theresa was the head assistant for a high-end Los Angeles fashion designer when she realized she enjoyed, and spent more time designing weddings for friends and family.
A successful wedding demands much more than creating an appealing aesthetic. Theresa’s devotion, energetic spirit and superior multitasking skills have helped her succeed and reveal her true capabilities while assisting couples on their most important day. After almost 2 decades in Southern California, Theresa has returned to her hometown of Naples where she helps service Hustle & Bustle’s Southeast clients.
Favorite Moment at a Wedding:
There are so many good moments but I always get goosebumps when I send the couple out for their Grand Entrance at the beginning of the reception. It's a special opportunity to share a few private moments with the newlyweds as they take in the details of the ceremony and wait in anticipation to be presented to friends and family as a newly married couple.
Cabernet, I’m much more of a wine girl!
